We are not a WhatsApp Business Solution Provider. We connect via API integration, but we don't have BSP-level access to Meta's templating and broadcasting infrastructure.
No WhatsApp template messages.
Cannot send marketing or notification templates. Only two-way customer service messaging within the 24-hour window after the customer initiates contact.
No WhatsApp marketing broadcasts.
Cannot send mass messages to lists. WhatsApp marketing requires WABA which FloatChat does not have.
Who FloatChat WhatsApp is for.
Customer service, not marketing. If you need BSP-grade campaigns, look elsewhere.
